GrandView Secrets On Me
To say we are excited by this foal is the absolute understatement. He would have the best pedigree of any silver warmblood in the world....please correct me if I am wrong..! He is by the absolutely outstanding black stallion Secret out of our equally beautiful Horizon/Furstenball mare Halo.
We are absolutely smitten by this colt but are also being realistic and should the correct offer be made on this colt we would consider selling him to either a national or international home. He wont come cheap..so please don't inquire unless you have a 6 figure budget in mind.
GrandView Barbie Dazzler

GrandView Barbie Dazzler
We had 75% chance of pinto and we got the 25% option....BUT that certainly hasnt diluted the quality of this filly...she is simply stunning....and just have a look at that pedigree..!
This little lady has been snapped up by a local young rider and we cannot wait to see what she will grow into and without a doubt she will be one to watch in the show jumping arena in the future.
GrandView Ever So Clever
Sire: Emerald Van't Ruytershof (IFS)
Dam: GrandView Fame Game (IFS)
GrandView Ever So Clever
To say we are thrilled with this foal is the understatement. She ticks absolutely every box....filly, palomino, spots and a pedigree that is awe inspiring. Ellie is everything that we aim to breed here at GrandView and she will accordingly be retained by the stud, unless we are offered a life changing amount for her..!
We sent hair samples off for colour testing and she is LP/lp and no PATN 1 which is explained in this excerpt from Animal Genetics:
Leopard complex spotting (LP), the result of an incompletely dominant mutation in TRPM1. This produces a highly variable group of white spotting or de-pigmentation patterns in the horse. The LP mutation allows for the expression of the various patterns. In addition to LP other genes control the extent (or amount) of de-pigmented or white in areas.
A mutation SNP ECA3:23 658 447T>G in the RFWD3 gene is linked to an increased amount of white in LP horses known as Pattern 1 (PATN1). When combined with LP this mutation behaves in a dominant fashion. This means that a horse needs a single copy of the PATN1 mutation to observe large amounts of white as long as LP is present. Horse that are PATN1 positive but negative for LP will not have spotting but can pass on PATN1. A foal can receive a PATN1 copy from a solid non-spotted parent and a copy of LP from the other parent and be a few-spot or near few spot pattern.
We cannot wait to see what she will grow into and without a doubt she will be one to watch in the show jumping arena in the future.

This filly is nothing short of spectacular with her pedigree screaming that she should be an outstanding show jumper, or alternatively she will be no slouch as an eventer with Gelriano on her dam line.
This filly has movement to burn...just like her dam.
She has been sold to a lovely eventing home. Watch this space for the future of this filly.
GrandView Bada Bing Bling

Another cracking filly..! We are super excited at the athleticism and sass of this beautiful filly. She already screams that she will be a super performance horse of the future.
We have hit the jackpot with this filly....she is homozygous pinto (EE AA TT)
We cannot wait to see what she will grow into and without a doubt she will be one to watch in the show jumping arena in the future.
